How it works

Step 1: Put the open bottle on the scale, cap off. Any kitchen scale that reads in grams.

Step 2: Enter the weight in the app. Pick the brand and tap Calculate.

Step 3: See the tots left, and the value left in the bottle.

Spot over-pouring and missing tots the same day.

Features

New Stock Count: count spirits by weight, and beers, ciders/RTDs, wines and mixers by case, pack and unit. Record opening stock, added stock and closing stock for each shift.

Quick Count: a fast check on one open spirit bottle: millilitres left, tots and value.

Manage Brands: set bottle size, tot size, cost price and selling price for each brand, with a preset database for spirit bottle weights. Up to 1000 brands per list.

Module Stock: automatic orders. Save your target stock levels as a form (for example "Friday Stock"). TotCount iQ compares them with your opening stock and builds the order for whatever is short. Check it, edit it and send it.

Orders: prepare, view, save and send orders to your supplier, for example on WhatsApp.

Reports: the Stock Shrinkage/Surplus report compares the sales you record with what your count shows went out. Sales vs cost, write-offs (breakage, spillage, staff use, and more) and a Stock Summary with values.

Export as PDF or Excel: save or share counts, orders, price lists and reports as PDF, Excel or text.

Sync across devices: sign in with the same email or Google account and your data follows you.
