Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NATABASAMU CREATIONS (PTY) LTD, trading as TBS Creations ("we"), collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use our apps, including TotCount iQ, and this website. (This policy covers our own apps. Custom apps we build for clients have their own policies, set by the client.) We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email address, sign-in identifiers (including Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication), account and trial/subscription status, and sign-in activity.

Business data you enter: brands, bottle and product details, prices, stock counts, orders, recorded sales, write-offs and Module Stock forms.

Technical information: authentication and security timestamps, and device or app identifiers needed to run the service.

Subscription: Google Play handles payments. We do not receive or store your card details.

Website: if you contact us, we receive the details you send. Squarespace may use cookies to run this website.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, provide the app's features, sync your data across your devices, manage your trial and subscription, give support, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to sign you in and store app data, and Google Play for subscriptions. These providers process information on our behalf. Their servers may be outside South Africa. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers. TotCount iQ does not currently use Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics.

4. How long we keep it

While your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and app data, except for limited records we must keep by law.

5. Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and object to processing. To request this or delete your account, email lethabo@tbscreation.com or WhatsApp +27 71 322 9168 with your User ID. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): https://inforegulator.org.za

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is controlled by authenticated security rules. No system is completely secure.

7. Age

Our apps are for business users. TotCount iQ is meant for adults (18+) who run or work in licensed bars. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.
