Terms of Use

These terms apply to TotCount iQ and our other apps from NATABASAMU CREATIONS (PTY) LTD, trading as TBS Creations ("we"). Custom app development for clients is covered by a separate written agreement or quote. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Account. You need an account (email or Google). Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Free trial and subscription. TotCount iQ is free to download. Your 14-day free trial starts the first time you sign in, and no card is needed. After the trial you need a monthly subscription (currently R350/month) through Google Play to keep using the app. Google Play handles billing, renewals and cancellation under its own terms. Without an active subscription the app is locked.

3. Your data. The business data you enter is yours. We store it to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy). Export your reports regularly. For example, New Cycle overwrites the previous cycle's entries.

4. Results are a tool, not a guarantee. TotCount iQ calculates from the weights, sizes and prices you enter. Accuracy depends on your scale and your data. Use the results as a management aid. You stay responsible for your stock, staff, pricing, tax and liquor-licence obligations.

5. Acceptable use. Do not misuse, copy, reverse-engineer or resell the app, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Availability. We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will be free of interruptions. We may update or change features.

7. Liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or stock losses that come from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, where it applies.

8. Ending use. You can stop at any time and cancel in Google Play. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Law. South African law applies.
