Custom apps for your business

Got a problem your business deals with every day? We can build an app for it. TBS Creations designs and builds Android and iPhone apps for South African businesses, from first idea to launch on Google Play and the App Store.

Built and launched: TotCount iQ

TotCount iQ is our own app, built by our team and live on Google Play. It takes care of sign-up and login (email and Google), a 14-day free trial and monthly subscriptions through Google Play, live data sync across phones, and PDF and Excel reports a user can share on WhatsApp. That's the kind of complete, working app we build for clients. TotCount iQ is on Android today, and because we build with Flutter, the same work extends to iPhone.

What we build

Android and iPhone (iOS) apps built with Flutter: one code base for both platforms, so you reach Android and iPhone users without paying for two separate apps.

Firebase back ends: user accounts and login (email, Google), a secure cloud database (Cloud Firestore) and data synced across devices.

Subscriptions and in-app payments through Google Play and the App Store.

Reports and exports: PDF, Excel and text files, shared by WhatsApp or email.

Admin controls: manage users, access and app settings behind the scenes.

App store launch: Google Play and App Store listings, privacy policy, data safety and privacy forms, and release.

How it works

Step 1: Tell us the problem. WhatsApp or email us what your business needs and who will use the app.

Step 2: We plan it together. We agree what the app must do for its first version, and you get a quote and timeline before any work starts.

Step 3: We build and you test. You see the app working on your phone and give feedback as we go.

Step 4: We launch on Google Play and the App Store. We help with the store listings, privacy policy and release.

Who it's for

Small and growing businesses that want to replace paper, spreadsheets or WhatsApp lists with an app made for how they work.

Tell us about your app idea

Send us a short message: what your business does, what the app should do, and who will use it. We'll get back to you to talk it through.
